Hue Sync Box: no HDMI signal
The TV shows nothing when the Sync Box sits in the HDMI chain although the source works direct to the TV.
Steps
- Test source → TV without Sync Box.
- Replace HDMI cable (18 Gbps rated for 4K HDR).
- Power order: TV, then Sync Box, then console.
- Temporarily disable HDR/Dolby Vision on the source.
- One source only failing: check its HDCP settings.
