Nanoleaf: Wi-Fi connection failed
Setup fails at the final Wi-Fi step; only local control works.
Causes: phone joined to 5 GHz only; special characters in password; AP isolation; MAC filtering.
Steps
- Configure on 2.4 GHz only.
- Temporarily simplify the Wi-Fi password to test.
- Disable client isolation / guest network for setup.
- Move the controller near the router.
- Reset controller (5 s) and retry.
